Always write your signature on plain, unruled white paper. Never use ruled, colored, or textured paper.

Take the photo under bright, direct sunlight or strong indoor light to avoid casting shadows from your phone.

Do not sign your name in full capital/block letters, as this will lead to immediate portal rejection.

Double-check that the cropped box only frames the signature, without leaving too much white space around it.

Keep the file size strictly between 10 KB and 20 KB for SBI, IBPS, and SSC forms.

Using a pencil or faint ink pen that lacks proper contrast.

Leaving too much dead margins around the signature, causing the actual signature to appear too small when rendered.

Overwriting the original snapshot file before checking the output signature's clarity.
